Sponsorship Impact is part of Blauw Research, a Dutch Market Research Bureau registered at Coolsingel 55, 3012AB in Rotterdam. Blauw was founded in 1993 and has been conducting research among clients and consumers for over 30 years. This enables our clients to better attune their products and services to your needs. We adhere to the Code of Conduct for Research and Statistics.

We process personal data of our (former) customers or prospects (hereinafter referred to as “Customer(s)”) and personal data of participants in our surveys (hereinafter referred to as “Respondent(s)”). For readability, this privacy statement is divided into separate sections for these two groups.

Information for Respondents

We are a market research company and process your personal data for the purpose of conducting market research. We process your data on behalf of our clients and act on their instructions. As a Data Processor, we ourselves have no control over the data we process from you. Our clients have transmitted your data to us and asked us to invite you to participate in a survey. When we invite you we will inform you of the purpose of the study, and upon request, who our client is. This way you can always check with them that they have shared your data with us.

Our clients are responsible for the lawful processing of your data. The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) allows your data to be used for statistical purposes, even if your data was collected for another purpose. Your data may also be used for market research without your explicit consent. Participation in our surveys is completely voluntary. You decide whether you want to participate. If you do not want to be invited to the survey again, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail invitation. This link, unless otherwise stated, applies only to the survey in question.

We sometimes also use your personal data when processing your responses. Again, only for statistical purposes. For example, to determine whether young people have different opinions than older people, or to analyze whether there are differences between people living in the city and those living outside it. We do not process more data than necessary for the purpose of the study. We do not process your data in identifiable form for longer than necessary. We never report on you as an individual with identifiable data unless you have given us permission to do so. When we ask for that consent, we will tell you to whom and for what purpose we transfer the data. We have extensive technical and organizational measures in place to prevent unauthorized use of your data. Your answers and personal data are used solely for the purpose of research activities and therefore not to sell or send you anything. Upon completion of the research, your personal data will be deleted as soon as possible and in accordance with the agreements we have made about this with our client.

Young people under 16 are not directly approached by Blauw Research to participate in research. If any research specifically targets adolescents or children under 16, we approach them through their parents or guardians and ask their permission.
